CHECK-IN time is 3:00 PM; CHECK-OUT time is 11:00 AM. If you anticipate arriving for check-in later than 9:00 PM, please let us know by calling our front desk at 231-436-7800 or texting 231-260-8200 or emailing frontdesk@clearwatermackinaw.com.
CANCELLATIONS must be made at least 48 hours prior to 3:00 PM on your arrival date. Cancellations made with less than the required notice will result in a charge of one night’s stay.
NO SMOKING within 20 feet of any building or on your private balcony.
NO PETS OR THERAPY/EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS allowed anywhere on the property. If you have a service dog please let the front desk know before or during check-in.
MINIMUM AGE to book and check into a room is 21.
ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS of the Clearwater are permitted on our property.
Children under 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT IN THE POOL.
NO PERSONAL MUSIC outside, in the pool area, or on balconies without headphones.
