CANCELLATIONS must be made at least 48 hours prior to 3:00 PM on your arrival date. Cancellations made with less than the required notice will result in a charge of one night’s stay.
NO SMOKING within 30 feet of any building.
NO PETS OR THERAPY ANIMALS allowed anywhere on the property.
MINIMUM AGE to book and check into a room is 21.
ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS of the Clearwater are permitted on our property, unless prior approval is obtained from Clearwater Management.
NO PERSONAL MUSIC outside, in the pool area, or on balconies without headphones.
